The device did not collect blood very well at all. I followed all instructions. Waited 22 minutes and the blood was only half full. I pulled off the device and the blood was already coagulated and starting to block the hole. I don't see how this is easy or effective. I waited all day for fed ex and no one ever came. I feel like I just wasted my time and money.

I received very good instructions from Brynn that help me a lot with my collection, but sadly my collection was bad and I will need to recollect again and Brynn already sent to me a new kit, and I can’t give less than 5 stars if I can would like to give 10!
