Once our tub arrived to our location, everything flowed nicely. The installers were wonderful: clean, polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. They answered all my questions and showed me how everything operated. They cleaned everything up well. They put a cloth down on my floors to keep from getting dirt or debris on them as they removed the original tub and brought in the Safe step walk in tub.

I do not like the way to get inside the plastic door to reset the switch. It is way too hard to open and would expect to have something to open it without messing things up.

The guys came by very fast . they were neat, cleaned up, worked well as a group as a team, didn’t take long at all, taught me how to use my tub, very excited about my math tomorrow. Kelvin and Andrew are the best

We love our Safe Step Walk-In Tub. The entire team was great answering questions so that we understood the complete process. The installation team arrived and got to work at the time that they said they would. They got right to work. AND cleaned the entire area when they were done. Thumbs UP, guys.

Our $23,000 top of the line Safe Step Tub stopped working on July 15th, 3 months after it was installed. The unit started expelling the water rather than delivering it back into the tub during the MicroSoothe Air Therapy process. We called Safe Step early the next day and waited to be contacted by tech to set up a repair appointment. Here we are July 20th and still no call, and after talking to them again this morning still have no idea when a tech will call. He may/or may not have to wait for a part, and then we have to fit in his que. The people are very nice, but nothing gets done. 24Sep2024 Update. Here we go again, System does not want to start, first push Micro button and the motor runs, but no water movement, than push Water button and sometimes it starts, but today it did not. Went through the process twice before it started moving water. Than after a few minutes it stopped and I had to restart again. Service said they will put a rush on it, last time it took a month, hope this is faster.

Week and a half ago wife and I looked into buying a walk in bath tub. We reached out to Safestep. After said and done we ordered a tub all in at 20 thousand. At the beginning we believed this is also install. Not so we had to hire our own contractors. Also something nagged at me What if tub had faulty parts. I reach out to ralph and he preceeded to tell me that I would have to uninstall part myself and send it to safestep. Thats when I decided to cancel order. I reached out to Ralph and told him I want to cancel and we want our money back. Also I want an email confirming cancelation. Following Monday did get a call from safestep they said my order is cancelled. I told the woman I want an email to confirm cancellation. A week goes by and still no email. Finally on following Monday I called Safestep and spoke with Kevin. When I called In I told rep that I am in the proccess of calling Police. Thats when she got me speaking with Kevin. He sent me and email showing that the 1000 has been returned and cancelled. Now maybe when someone cancelled order maybe Safestep should email cancellation confirmation RIGHT AWAY instead of making customer wait. Keep customer in the loop. Communication goes a long way. Wife and I are getting in future a walk in bath tub. Safestep does not corner the market on walkin tubs. I have seen on Home depot and Home hardware walk in tubs at about 6-8 thousand dollars with jets, aroma theropy. The sales reps make it sound that Safestep is the only company. With home Depot you are dealiling with local people and local sales. Save your money Safestep is way to expensive

The tub is fine. My wife loves soaking in it. Beware of the Free Gift comfort height toilet. Comfort height toilets are supposed to be 17" - 19" floor to rim; my free toilet is 21" floor to rim; it is typically listed as an extra tall or bar height toilet. I am 5' 6" and my wife is 5' 2"; her feet don't even touch the floor. The toilet is useless to us. It took three calls just to get return call from Safestep and i was told that iwould have to pay for installation of the replacement toilet. I think that $26,000 is enough. I will just do it myself.
