I enrolled in a SageSure policy in January 2024. An inspection on April 4, 2024, confirmed my roof was in good condition. Soon after a hailstorm in San Antonio, TX, on April 21, 2024 resulting in damage that required a full roof replacement, I filed a claim for roof damage. The claim was denied due to 'natural wear and tear'.

Excellent adjuster who listened and did everything possible to expedite resolution of my claim.

Thank goodness I cancelled. This is a terrible company! Had I known it would be this much hassle I never would have signed up. They deny you for every single thing. They take every bit of time just so it wastes your time and you'll give up trying to get anything paid out. After years and years of paying thousands of dollars the one time you put in a claim they'll deny it despite substantial evidence and several third-party reviews. Not only that but in they are supposed to pay you interest after it gets approved after they wrongfully deny you. Well you have to literally sue them to get the interest though. Other companies will just pay it out to you. They're a big waste of time. I think I'll report them to the State board of home insurance too just because they're definitely fraudsters and doing shady work. They're probably going out of business which is why they took so long! Thank goodness I canceled my plan when I did.

Excellent insurance support

Erica Lewis was AWESOME!!! But….. The process was easy and efficient, even having to get a check recut after our dog ate it. The only issue I had is the ALE program. Yes they are good at what they do and are efficient. BUT…you seriously need more options that are more cost effective based on project needs. They only gave me 1 option of a 90 day rental costing Sagesure/membership $19k. I asked if I could just get a 2 bedroom hotel room which for the 30 days we needed it would have cost at most $6k, saving all of us money. I was told “that is not part of our program, so no.” This needs to change to make it more applicable to the length of time each specific project needs and make it way more cost effective. Other than this, the experience was awesome will definitely recommend Sagesure to others.

Paid SageSure the full amount for home insurance. They sent a unqualified inspector after they got the money. Sent a email stating a roof was needed and minor water drain issue. I sent a licensed professional roofer to inspect the roof. No roof was needed. They then cancelled my policy. There response , you will get a partial refund in 30 days. Only had the policy one month. Got to checking, this seems the practice of the company. Get your money then cancel your policy and they decide how much you get back. Probably get a bill from the company for a bill for the inspection that was fraudulent. Advise stay away from SageMAYBESure
