Everything has gone pretty smoothly I am just waiting on my roofer to get to doing my roof hopefully in the next couple of weeks the rain has put them behind. But so far the process has been great .

We had an aircon mechanical failure right at the beginning of the Summer in Houston, when you cannot live without it. SageSure was absolutely great about it. Only a few minutes after filing the claim online I received a phone call from the adjuster, who was knowledgeable and clear about the next steps. Everything was resolved and we had aircon again in less than a week. Good job!

The company was fast to send a claim adjuster out who dis a thorough examination of our problem. they were fast to give us the various $ amounts of our claim. They were sometimes slow in answering our questions. The overall experience has been god.
