Although the customer service representative initially set up the initial visit (2-week-old homeowner's policy) an adjuster? would be coming out to physically take pictures of the outside and pictures of the bathroom and kitchen pipes to check for any leaks (the house is 6 years old). Upon the adjuster's arrival, I was told he would need to take pictures of the entire home. We were not given full details of what to expect. It was a huge inconvenience to me and my family. My husband's medical equipment is kept both in the bedroom and bathroom.
