Samantha really has compassion for her job , you don’t find many people that do anymore. I really appreciate her taking the time to explain everything and to always keep me updated and always returning my calls and emails , she is very professional and knowledgeable. I hope I never have to file another claim but if I do hopefully I will have Samantha , thank you
