Filed a claim, sent in paper work and had a check in about 3 weeks. Would highly recommend equipment breakdown when getting your homeowners insurance.

Wonderful, caring people who helped us with our home when we had water damage to our floors. Professional, personal, and courteous throughout the entire process. I was a wreck, but they made me feel secure in knowing they would take care of us.

This Company was very professional in handling my claim. My claims adjuster really stayed on top of my claim and she always in formed of the next step in my claim process. Stacy is a real asset to this company. Great company no hassles no problem in my claim.

Being a new client I was really impressed with the whole unit. The claims processor did all his homework before the company came to a decision. He got hold of a weather report that showed that 70 miles an hour wind and hail took out my roof at my house and I want to commend Clint Brennan because I have lived all over the world and this has never happened in a timely manner, such as this. . Verifying every piece of information in this claim made it so much easier for my wife and I.. My wife had a major stroke in March 2026. She is on the mend. Clint was patient with her.

They called me back in a timely manner. Deanna was extremely helpful and explained the process thoroughly. The adjuster who came out was on time and very friendly. He was also very helpful and explained everything to be expected. I received the money for the claim to do repairs quickly.
