Customer service was amazing. Received my order and the size and color were not what I expected. Dropped a line to customer service and they provided a shortlist of solutions, all good. They were prompt in their resolution. Pretty impressed as you never know these days what your experience will be. 5 stars for sure.

Delivery was quick. Shoes weren’t quite right for me but return process was super easy and customer service was fantastic. A super accountable company which can be trusted.

Excellent customer service from Steph . My order was not able to be despatched in time for when it was required. I was offered a full credit, a sincere apology and received a voucher for the inconvenience. Great communication and personal service from this company..

I want to mention my experience with their service department after I had an issue with the size of the shoes I purchased. I emailed them to initiate a return and within 5 minutes I had a response from an actual human being. They were understanding, helpful and friendly. In the matter of another 5 minutes I paid a small shipping fee and a new pair of shoes were headed my way. No hassle. No issues. What a breath of fresh air! I do believe I am a customer for life. Thank you so much! And a personal thank you to Steph!

My wife ordered the Halford Retro Court Sneaker, and I couldn't be happier with her selection. The shoes are comfortable and look great! I also reached to the customer service team on how to best take care of them and Steph responded quickly and was very helpful. I highly recommend Saint +Vale!

I had an issue with the size of the shoes i orderd and wrote to the support team. I got an answer within 1 hrs and by a real person and not same silly AI bot. Steph was really helpful and friendly. Got the shoes sent in the right size. Thanks By the way the shoes are great.

Although the actual purchase didn’t work out, the customer service related to the refund was outstanding. It was so good that I will not use any other source for product from now on.

I made a mistake in the size that I ordered and contacted their customer support, and they couldn't be more helpful. They agreed to replace them with my correct size and only charged me shipping. The original pair I received are incredibly comfortable with very soft suede upper and super soft internal inserts. Once I get the correct size they'll be perfect. Exactly as advertised. I'll be buying more colours soon
