This complete scam of a store sent me a garbage cell. I was warned by my pool guy not to install, so I started trying to get return info from this "store". Many emails, no response. I finally returned it UNOPENED per their return policy on the website. Nothing. Next, they asked me to return it to Australia, after I had already returned it to the address listed in Knoxville TN. I'm out $340. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM

THEY PROVIDE A PHONE AND A TEXT MESSAGE FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND BOTH ARE SCAMS. THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES,.

This company is a scam. Do not purchase anything from them or you will lose your money. I purchased a new salt cell from them for $279 which advertised a 5 year warranty. It was defective and stopped working shortly after installing it. I filed the paperwork with them for the warranty replacement over 45 days ago. They don’t respond but finally emailed me to ship it back and they would replace it if I could provide them the shipping info which I did. I shipped it at my own expense. No replacement was ever shipped to me and it’s been now two weeks. No response, no replacement, no refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they tried to contact them but also got no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SALT POOL COMPANY. They are not a legitimate company.

I’ll just add my complaint to the rest you’ll read…bought in August 2021…never functioned but, initially, I thought I had a high salt condition but a couple of water tests showed my salt actually low. I even replaced the board on my Aquarite salt system but not the problem. My next stop is the BBB to join others that we’re scammed by this Australian company. They do not respond no matter. Save your money! Dan Ferguson

Terrible. Salt cell lasted a year, sent in for warranty and they will not even respond with an email. Save your time and money and purchase elsewhere. These people are a joke.

Bought a salt generator lasted about 2 weeks, no help on warranty and it appears I'm just one of many.

This company is a complete scam. I bought a non oem T-cell. They never emailed an invoice. It shipped from a company in Australia. The PayPal account was completely different name and I had no record of the purchase. When it failed after 4 weeks they cannot be reached. Find another way to get chlorine in your pool.

I purchased a pool cell from them that had a 5 year warranty. It went bad shortly after 1 year. They will not refund. I saved online chat where they said they'd honor if it broke. So they made me hire the pool company to provide accurate water reading and would not accept my test before I could submit claim. I submitted pictures and that document. Then then said I would need to ship it to them at my expense and buy a connector pipe to fill the gap while they verified it was not working. It had been working for over a year and stop giving me a reading of HOT and that my pool was 155 degrees. They would not just honor their warranty. Not to mention respond to repeated attempts by email. Stay away from this company.
