Prices are good.

My first time ordering and was having difficulty using two gift certificates through web ordering. I had a live chat with Shiela and she got me straightened out. Very friendly a personable. I am really happy with the customer service I received. If as much care goes into my fish order as was put into the live chat, I knowIll be satisfied.

Excellent customer service !!! Prices are the most reasonable!!! You get quality with every purchase. Thank you !!

Good selection, great support

So far, excellent customer service and since the fish arrived they are doing well.

Not enough in stock. Charged me shipping even after I purchased enough to use the free shipping coupon code. Slow navigation through the web site. Will not be trading here again.

Great customer service nice prices good sales

Loved the selection of different fish an explaining the different traits of all of them !
