Great customer service!

Had one of the fish arrive DOA. No hassles with getting a refund and ordering another. Customer service has been awesome.

I was debating between 3 and 4 stars. I stuck with 4 stars because the company did not wrong me. But I was pretty surprised by the collection of crabs and snails. Out of 60 I would say half or more were TINY. When I say tiny I mean about half to a third of a pinky nail size. Had I known this I would have gotten less or spent more elsewhere to get better sizes. The company should be vigilant in their description so customers know exactly what they are getting. I had no issues with shipping, website use, packing etc. Please adjust your descriptions so customers are not deceived.

I've always had good service from SaltwaterFish.com. They send healthy fish and corals that are well packaged. I always pick up my shipment at FedEx and I follow the acclimation procedures to the letter.
