I ordered a sauna from Salus Saunas after receiving written confirmation of stock and delivery. The company later cancelled the order without cause and held my funds . After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and Washington Attorney General. Consumers deserve transparency and reliability in large wellness purchases. I cannot recommend Salus Saunas based on this experience.

Hi Stephen, We understand this wasn’t the experience you were hoping for. Despite our best efforts including a significant discount, expedited shipping, complimentary white-glove delivery, and ongoing communication, the situation unfortunately escalated beyond what’s acceptable for our team. While we always value customer feedback, we also have a responsibility to protect our employees and maintain respectful communication. Your order was fully refunded, and we wish you the best moving forward.
