After you contacted us and provided photos of the damage, our Customer Support team acted immediately. Within an hour of receiving the photos, we sent out a replacement to you. We’re sorry for the frustration. As stated in our policy, which is agreed to before placing an order, we can only issue credit once the package is physically returned to our warehouse. It’s the customer’s responsibility to know their country’s laws and regulations before ordering. If a package is rejected by customs, we must wait until it is physically returned to us before credit can be issued. International returns can take a long time due to customs processes outside our control, and unfortunately, we have no control over return transit times.
