I emailed my employer today to tell them that the cameras need to be relocated so that they are not obscured when you use the sunvisor. It is a safety problem. When the sun is low in the sky and you need to use the sunvisors the camera provides multiple audible warnings. This is a distraction from driving. You need to rethink where you are putting these things in trucks because they pose a real safety risk.

They have terrible support when it comes to invoicing we have sold several vehicles and tried to cancel the devices that were sold or in 2 cases stolen. We still get invoiced. The stolen machines had batteries that died and without checking battery life weekly one may die on you and the reason its hard to check is you need to update your password almost everytime you sign in. Would not recommend this service

They do not tell you exactly how some of there products work accurately. For example there tracking tiles are probably the worse on the market. They only update at random times. No use for theft. Easy to hide yes, but I had one stuck in the same location for days. They tell me wifi or another samsare has to pass by. They were working to switch it out with other units but its been 3 months. They wont refund or replace. Find someone else.

hola , la verdad es muy practico todo lo que manejan, tanto en la forma de instalar como manejar la plataforma, me agrada la forma de poder tener varias funciones con algunos click por ejemplo las etiquetas para los clientes, las camaras en tiempo real, las llamadas y mensajes en la camara , me gustaria que la plataforma se pudiera refrescar con un boton y no volver a cargar la pagina pero en lo personal esta muy completa.

I work for Nutrien and they have Samsara in their trucks I Just got yelled at and wrote up for two cell phone violations in which if you look at the pictures from Samsara the phone is sitting on trucks console after I picked my phone up from the floor because it fell out of its holder on a rough road was not talking on it at all!! I think Samsara and Nutriens compliance dept need to take a lesson on what cell phone usage really is! If you're texting and its in your hand fine write someone up if the phone is up to your ear, write someone up for all the other bullshit things it flags you for, the compliance manager should be smart enough to say that's not cell phone usage in Nutriens case we need some common sense instilled in the compliance manager and don't believe everything samsara tells you

For the most part Samsara is just ok. I use it on a daily basis and have many vehicles. The fact that I need to verify my login multiple times a day is annoying. Also another complaint is the date and trip history set up will disappear or change suddenly. May need to reconsider going back to with GOFLEET.

Samsara are brilliant to deal with. Their team have helped us automate dozens of tasks, making our operations run much smoother. I would highly recommend!

Extremely poor Support & Customer Service. If you need to call, they AI that answers doesn’t work, kept saying it didn’t understand … but i didnt even say anything and just kept going blank. Once I got in touch i spoke to someone who doesnt speak English well and had to be transferred to someone else so i could understand. Then he eventually disconnected from me but never tried to call me back after getting all of my information…I have only been a client for 8 years, but maybe now they have gotten too big to care about a customers now they have so many.
