Overall, this was an “ok” experience. For the amount we paid, we were looking for better service. The driver arrived on time, which was nice. The car looked very nice on the outside. The driver did not introduce himself, nor say anything to us when we walked out to get in the car. Inside was clean, but very very strong odor of cigarettes. The driver did not speak very good English, he did not understand us when we were asking him questions. Also, he didnt use the navigation on the car but on his phone and he kept taking his eyes off the road - looking down at his phone the entire drive, made us very uncomfortable. We ended up having the same car and driver for our trip home. The experience didn’t change on that ride from the first.

Thank you for everything! They were so helpful from my first e-mail to the date of the wedding, very accommodating and communicative. Ben was very kind, even with last minute schedule changes. The driver was also very sweet- everything went perfectly smooth the day of my friends wedding! Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to all my friends/family.

Pleasant Ride Driver was on time and enabled us to get across Houston for our airport transfer. He was entertaining and made for a very pleasant ride.

We used Sam’s for our wedding and had a good experience. The bus was nice, the driver kept me updated on his initial arrival and he was so courteous all night (despite plenty of inebriated guests, I’m sure). Definitely recommend!
