I have no idea who Valdez is and they claimed to have called my doctor 4 times, but my doctor never received even one phone call from them. As a result, my claim was denied.

Everything about SANA has been amazing. Great company. Pay and don’t nickel and dime everything and or deny claims. Love this company.
