Totally agree with Anne Hill review. Trouble is the more often you use the syringe to remove air the more albeit tiny holes you make to allow air back in. I have had mine for about a year and now it just sits in the study and does nothing. Do not expect this item fo function long term.

Whilst I loved the idea of this product, and it is pretty to look at, I am disappointed given the cost. It seems impossible to regulate the airflow so that the sand doesn't either get stuck or flow too quickly. It tends to fall the bottom after less than 5 minutes and falls flat, not in waves. I have tried adding air, taking away air, turning quickly, turning slowly, and nothing works. I have the 24 inch version and I paid over $700 for it, so all in all, I'm pretty disappointed. I give it 2.5 stars due to frustration

This is a poor product, poor instructions, and a waste of money. Please do not expect quality from this company. They have had to either bought reviews or the people have no taste for quality. Bought half moon crescent light and we cannot even get light to stay on. The andart would be neat, if you could get air regulated. No instructions, poor packaging, and very pricey lesson here. Was my wifes birthday present. Thanks for nothing, Sand Art. Turning this company into CFPB and requesting money back.....but, from what I read in reviews that will be a nightmare. Hopefully you save your money from this review and move on. Britt Anderson

I did not know how to use the syringe I now have too many bubbles and the sand doesn't move. I have asked what to do but no one has responded so now I have stuck sand art.

During the Christmas season we experienced an unusually high demand, and this was also the first time we were shipping directly to Denmark, which unfortunately caused additional delays while working with the local carrier. Item never arrived and the company don't respond to messages. 11th Dec - placed order (as Christmas present) 17th Dec - no progress, emailed SandArt for update (no response) 18th Dec - chase with courier, they investigate 22nd Dec - courier can't find the parcel, still no response from SandArt 24th Dec - item arrived just in time due to me chasing the courier, still no response from firm (upgraded to 2 stars as item went down well)
