Krimineller Laden!

Bought flash drive from them in February 2026, stopped working early June so contacted them by email as I couldn’t figure out from account any procedure that worked. Replied with email with a link to commence return. Unable to proceed due to impossible return system. Now no reply to emails and life is too short to pursue any further, I have given up. Good products in the past but now rubbish products and useless customer service.

This is a very irresponsible company, they charged a huge premium for the "Armorlock" portable ssd drive, but discontinued the service for app unlocking the drive, which is the whole premium paid on this ssd drive is about. I willl not ever buy Sandisk products ever again. Go for Samsung, they still support and update their T7 touch ssd although they no longer sells these touch version new anymore. Shame on you WD/Sandisk.

Made in China….

Purchased 3x 2tb WD Blue NVME SSD's, payment taken immediately, this was on 13/06, canceled yesterday on 17/06 and still waiting for my refund, pretty poor effort really and not even any emails during the whole process. If the item isn't in stock, don't allow people to buy it.

I placed an order and received confirmation emails, so I expected the purchase to be fulfilled. However, several days later I was informed that the order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. It was disappointing to wait only to find out the product was unavailable after the order had already been accepted. Better stock management and communication would have made for a much better customer experience.

Ordered an WD Blue 1TB M.2 on Monday Morning. After waiting a couple of days, I recieved an email from Sandisk saying my 'order was cancelled' as it was not available. How difficult is it for Sandisk to maintain an accurate inventory of their stock?
