I live and work in Los Angeles, CA. My "day" job consists of overseeing several departments. As such I'm constantly CC'd in tons of threads, some are important, some are not. In addition, I'm always assigning projects or asking for information but, until SaneBox, I haven't really been able to develop a system to follow through and followup. I've been using SaneBox for a couple of weeks now and have to say it is a game changer for me. I found SaneBox after deciding to take control of the things in my life that weren't running as smoothly as I'd like. I am an entrepreneur at heart and so always have multiple projects going outside of my already busy 9 to 5 job. My favorite feature is the SaneNoReplies folder. It keeps track of all the emails I've sent that others have failed to respond to. It is amazing!! I can just go in a couple of times a week and re-ping my colleagues with a hey, dude, what's up with this request I sent you a week ago. I'm saving easily an hour or two a day with SaneBox. It's so helpful I plan on detailing my implementation on my blog, LifeControlled. Absolutely hands on recommend it. This opinion is my own, I use SaneBox, I pay for it and so far I really, really like it.

There is simply too much data in today's day in age to process emails like we used to. Our brains are not meant to process that volume of data so let Sanebox handle that part so you can use your brain capacity for what moves you most forward. SaneBox has turned my email into the productive tool it was originally intended for versus an overwhelming mess I try to ignore cause I just can't get it all done. I feel on top of my life, my team and my projects again thanks to SaneBox.

SaneBox has changed the way I do email. I no longer have to fret over every email that comes in. I look the different mailboxes that gather email that aren't urgent and even reminds me to look at the emails that I've put off.

I like that sane box catches all of my general emails from listserve’s and from newsletters. Once the emails are collected I can scroll through them in a daily feed and read whatever ones I choose. However, it is difficult to clean up old emails, I like deleting rather than archiving them. I also hoped I could easily unsubscribe from senders, but it seems that I’ve had to unsubscribe many times and still seem to get emails from recipients I don’t want.

SaneBox is the only mail management system I've ever used that really works. I couldn't live without it. The number of hours saved per say far exceed the measurement provided by SaneBox. I highly recommend the system

Truly a lifesaver and makes email manageable. I don't have to dread opening my mailbox because I know that SaneBox's smart algorithms will sort everything out for me as I have trained them

Sanebox saves me so much time! You can clean up your emails from a daily digest in no time. It also helps me keep on top of emails i have sent and not had a response to. I would highly recommend this to anyone who gets a lot of email every day.

SaneBox is fantastic! It saves me at least a few hours each week and, more importantly, makes it extremely simple to maintain Inbox Zero. Since joining, SaneBox has added numerous additional features, such as adding a variety of Snooze folders that provide additional flexibility for moving emails around to more convenient times. I love when my colleagues show me their inbox with 500-1000 emails. I just show them my clean inbox and refer them to SaneBox. Highly recommended!
