Ten years with SaneBox… wow. Thank you for such an incredible review and for sticking with us for so long! 😊 “Holding email as a full time job” is a feeling far too many people know, and hearing that SaneBox has helped give you time and mental space back means the world to us. Thank you again for the kind words, your loyalty, and for letting SaneBox grow alongside your workflow for the past decade.

Thank you for giving SaneBox a try and for the thoughtful review! 😊 We’re really glad to hear SaneBox helped bring order to a busy real estate inbox and delivered on what you needed most, keeping the important emails visible while filtering out the noise. We also appreciate the honest feedback about moving to a tool with reply drafting features. The good news is that we’re actively rolling out new AI capabilities, including SaneDrafts and AI powered summaries, later this year, so the inbox sanity side of SaneBox is about to get even smarter. Thanks again for the recommendation and for spending time with us during your trial!

Wow, 10 years with us, that truly means a lot, thank you for sticking with SaneBox all this time! 😊 You captured it perfectly, there’s a little bit of learning at first, but once everything clicks, features like SaneBlackHole really become powerful time savers. And we’re especially glad to hear recovery came through when you needed it, that’s always a good safety net to have. Hearing that it continues to save you time month after month is exactly why we do what we do. Thanks so much for the recommendation, we really appreciate it!

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, that definitely sounds frustrating and not what we want for anyone using SaneBox. Just to clarify, SaneBox isn’t actually installed software, so there’s nothing on your computer to remove. It works directly with your email account, which means disconnecting it is usually quick and straightforward. We have a useful help article that shows you how to do it in detail: https://www.sanebox.com/help/233-how-do-i-cancel-sanebox If you found this to be unclear, definitely reach out to us at [email protected] and we can fine tune it for you. :) We appreciate your feedback and take concerns like this seriously.

Thank you so much for the kind words, it really means a lot! 😊 We’re thrilled to hear SaneBox is helping bring some order to a busy inbox, and that SaneLater is hitting the mark for you. That feature is like a quiet assistant working behind the scenes, keeping the noise down while the important stuff stays front and center. Appreciate you taking the time to share this!
