called searching for new company to replace stericycle and they gave a great price competitive and actually couple dollars lower. service so far is great and customer service is awesome and thank you to Amanda for all your help and walking em thru to changing over companies. We Switched to Sanpro Medical Waste …
We Switched to Sanpro Medical Waste because the customer service from our previous provider was incredibly frustrating. To say it was a night and day difference is an understatement. After 1 year with Sanpro we have not had a single unexpected charge or request that was not resolved within a business day. Sanpro was able to drastically reduce our waste management bill (more than 20%) with no loss of capacity, frequency or customer service. We use them for our 3 surgery centers in the greater Los Angeles area.
