What a terrible company!!! All customer service is out of US and speak horrible English! They know nothing and have no info when you need it. The new chat systems make you sit on hold forever and the countdown only goes up! Crap company, crap service, crap help. Go else where!!!

I don't care for this company at all,I was told when I acquired the loan that any extra I payed would go towards the principal, which I have made my payments on time and paid extra each time I paid I still get charge interest on the extra I pay and it doesn't go all towards the principal, bad thing is even though I pay extra I still have to make a regular payment even though I pay extra,this is like having to pay a credit card my credit is awesome had an awesome score but my 2nd loan I'd awful. I suggestion stay away from this company.
