Lots of emails. Nothing that I can have those and bring up a browser on my banking PC to go login and create an account, etc. How hard is it to give a URL or other directions? Even if with some unique code embedded?

I have already set up automatic payment with you in a very efficient, impressive way. So, I thought I was done with all this. Why am I getting emails asking me to do it again? Please check your system before asking again ... So, this review was questioned, for more clarity. I tried to provide that, but I was confused by the Trustpilot response system. Thus, I called Santander to stop any more emails that request me to set up automatic payment. I have already completed that process.
