We purchased a satellite collar for our Corgi Puppy and we LOVE it. The battery life is exactly as advertised and the set up was easy. Within a week our pup was already learning the boundaries he didn't know existed before. I have had a couple of issues to resolve and the Satellai customer service team has met my very high expectations. A++

This collar has brought us so much peace since we purchased it in late August. Our livestock guardian dog had taken to roaming and adopted someone in a nearby neighborhood to visit EVERY DAY. It came to a point where the local animal services were getting involved and hefty fines were at risk. We got this collar and he trained to it very nicely! It’s nice to be able to see where he is and to adjust the fences and safe boundaries as needed on the app. I gave it a 4 because the battery life is dwindling and not lasting as long as it did in the beginning. Also, after a month and a half one of the screws came out that holds the collar together thus, the collar fell off — thankfully it was charged and was nearby or else that would have been a very expensive loss. Customer service was extremely helpful and is sending a part to fix the collar. Overall I am pleased with this product and would recommend it to someone who has Livestock Guardian dogs (it works on our wooded 14 acres property).

I just contacted customer service by email about a broken part on the collar and they responded within just minutes with a solution to get me the needed replacement part.

I've had the collar for a little over a month and it's working well. I did have one of the black pins that holds the latching part of the collar to the device come unscrewed and the pin fell out and the collar came off my dog and the pin is missing. I contacted customer service via the live chat and the agent was very understanding and helpful. They're sending me a new set of pins. Well done. Thank you.

The collar has worked amazingly keeping my dog within the fence boundary and keeps me updated throughout the day where my dog is on our property. It has been a great purchase.

This collar has made my life so much easier. Have a live stock gaurdian dog on 17 acres. He was constantly jumping fences and coming up to the house and roaming out to the surrounding properties. Once I got the collar and set the boundaries, he has plenty of room to roam and I know that he’s not far from where he’s suppose to be. App is easy to understand and set up collar with. And any questions I have asked the support team has been very prompt with answers.

They were quick to answer the phone when I called, no automated hoops to jump through, and they were quick to help me get a new part for my collar.
