Out of courtesy, we send a confirmation email when your order is placed, when your order ships with the tracking information, and when your order arrives so you know to look for it. Outside of that, we send a newsletter with helpful information about cannabinoid based medicines and discount offers once every other month. You're welcome to opt out of the newsletter if you don't feel the information is helpful or you don't want to hear about our discounts. Unfortunately, the order confirmation and the shipping emails will continue with each order.
