**Update: Saavy reached out to explain the $50 new account sign-up is processed as a credit and indicated they will reach out to ensure it is applied** I was supposed to get a $50 new account sign up discount that did not get applied to my first purchase. :-(

Thank you so much for the feedback and we’re sorry for any confusion around the $50 credit. This offer is processed as a $50 rebate after you complete your booking. We’ll reach out to assist you with the rebate process. Thank you again and thanks for booking with Savvy!

People may think Savvy is too good to be true. I thought the same and have been very happy to have partnered with them. They are everything they advertise! A great partner!!!

Stay away, I can never trust a company that asks me for my routing and account number for a rebate for using them!! Then after weeks finally agree to pay me pay check, and now says they won't, Not a trust worthy company in my opinion. This is a responce from Savvy before backing out again. Probably just wanted the thanksgiving business before I posted. Hi Cheryl, Thank you for reaching out! I’ve passed your message along to our support team, who is working to complete your request and issue a check as soon as possible. Please allow them some time to respond. Please also note that check reimbursements are not something we normally offer, but we’re making an exception in your case, so we truly appreciate your patience. As mentioned previously, the fastest way to receive your optional rebate is through our secure payment processor, Stripe. However, since you prefer a check, we’re happy to accommodate, just keep in mind that a mailed reimbursement may take up to two weeks to arrive. Thank you again, and please feel free to reach out to support if you have any additional questions.

Updated: 03/23/2026 Hi Cheryl - We’re sorry! We made a mistake… We thought everyone would be so excited that in addition to saving them hundreds on a vacation rental, we were giving them an additional $50 rebate that we totally failed to consider possible frustrations with “how” the rebate was processed. While we assure you it was secure, we totally see how it could seem awkward. Our apologies. Based on your feedback however and frustration that we caused to you, we’ve made improvements to our rebate redemption process to make it faster and more streamlined for travelers and now also offer payout via: Venmo, PayPal, and the Cash App, all of which allow for instant reimbursement without the need for traditional bank transfers or banking information. We’re always working to improve and appreciate the opportunity to learn from your experience. If you have any additional questions or would like to revisit your request, we’d still like to make sure you get your rebate. Our team is here to help at [email protected]. ----------------------------------- Original: 11/25/2025 Thank you for the feedback and we’re truly sorry for the frustration. We want to clarify that our rebate program has one payout method, secure direct deposit through Stripe, the same trusted payment platform used by many major companies. This process keeps your information encrypted and is the only method our system is approved to use. We explained this several times and fully respected your decision not to proceed. Because a mailed check isn’t something we’re able to offer, we weren’t able to complete the rebate under different terms. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to assist, even though we couldn’t fulfill the rebate in a way that felt comfortable for you. Thank you again and should you have additional questions or concerns, reach out to us at [email protected] - we're here to help!
