We stayed in Moab this way a few hundred dollars cheaper than Airbnb and all the others for the same place . It depends on how they charge you I was prepared to ay full price up front but they charged half then 14 days before our trip charged the other half Place was really nice booking was easy and I’ll use it again !!!!

Found some rentals that weren’t on VRBO or Airbnb! No extra fees and went direct to the rental/owner. Great search site

Unit 207 was very poorly maintained and not worth the price point! No AC for the entire stay, door lock did not function, no toiletries, faucets in bathroom sinks and showers were broken and did not function and not especially clean. Main bed was comfortable but the beds in the other room were very uncomfortable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we’re so sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. We do want to clarify that reviews on Trustpilot are intended to reflect your experience using Savvy as a marketplace and booking site. Since Savvy does not manage or maintain vacation rentals, feedback about the property itself is best shared directly with the professional host. We’re also working on launching a dedicated review platform on Savvy where you'll be able to share feedback about your stay with the host. Thank you again for booking with Savvy and if you have further questions or concerns, please email us [email protected].
