I’m very happy with my purchase. I took a chance with a metal cutting blade that you recommended against and it works ok. The wood blades are excellent and work beautifully on my wood cutting Grizzly G0817.

Blades were delivered in a timely manner, were as described, and work well. What more could I ask?

The blades are superior to ones I have bought at the big box stores. They are sharper and a little thicker gauge. Also, one blade had a failed weld in transit but was replaced overnight!

Thanks for trusting us, Don. We are happy we could replace that blade quickly for you.

They quickly were able to cancel my order once I realized that the part I ordered would not work for my saw, no questions asked. I was also contacted directly ensuring that I have received my credit. Top notch customer service. They gained a loyal shopper from here on out.

Very easy quoting process. Sales did a follow-up as I did not order as soon as receiving the quote. Nice to have the follow-up in case something was missed. Easy ordering process. Product arrived on time as expected. Great overall experience!

We were having issues with the elevation and tilt controls. Using dry lube was not working. The tech was positive that switching to real grease would cure the problem and he was absolutely correct. Works like new! THANKS
