I love the affordability..I don't like the towing is only 6 free mile..overall it's a great insurance company I made my first claim so I hope things don't change

Customer service can be way better. My car got hit and I had a employee come out to look at it. He said that for the damages, SAY would pay for the damages. I have yet to hear from anybody and I did not receive anything. It's been difficult to get in contact with anybody.
