Absolutely terrible service, tools are not working, outdated docs. When you ask for support they just send you ai generated tips for the command line. Do NOT use these guys for you cloud, they are also very expensive.

Cela fait 24h que je n'ai plus accès à mon mac mini à distance. Le service client me fait attendre et attendre sans rien résoudre. C'est absolument catastrophique.

Extremely disappointing experience with Scaleway. Our company infrastructure has been locked and production servers are unavailable because of a billing issue. The frustrating part is that I am actively trying to pay them. The initial payment attempt failed, and a later attempt ran into a 3D Secure/payment-processing issue. Scaleway has acknowledged the payment problem, yet instead of providing a workable alternative payment method or properly escalating the issue with their payment provider, support is simply telling me to contact my bank. Meanwhile, our servers remain inaccessible. I have repeatedly made it clear that I am willing to pay the outstanding amount immediately. I have asked for an alternative payment method, a manual invoice, or proper escalation of the payment-processing problem. As a business customer, I should not have to troubleshoot Scaleway's payment-provider chain while my production infrastructure remains offline. What makes this worse is that I am still expected to pay for infrastructure during a period in which Scaleway has prevented me from accessing it. I first raised this issue on 12 September, and as of 14 September the account is still locked and the problem remains unresolved. At this point I am asking for three very simple things: - A functioning way to pay the outstanding balance - Immediate restoration of our services once payment can be regularized - A credit or compensation for the period our infrastructure has been inaccessible I expected much better handling of a production-critical billing issue from a cloud provider. If Scaleway resolves this properly, I will update this review accordingly.

The reviews really speak for themselves. I setup a free trial account, with a virtual Mac Mini. Im really interested to see how they could help assist with "grunt" power for my work and handing off complex tasks away from my MBP. Sadly, it's been a poor experience, as they want to know immediately via email what you are using it for? With hounding and hounding every day.

J'ai ouvert une petite machine Mac pour évaluer le service, car j'avais compris qu'il y avait une offre gratuite. Ca a bien été gratuit pendant 2 mois, puis une facture de 100 € le troisième mois. Sans avertissement, sans rien. J'ai demandé une remise. Réponse : c'est pas gratuit, il faut payer. C'est clair : je ne reviendrai pas

Very very bad they restrict your account with no reason without even explaining why there trust team do what ever they want you can have a server running suddenly you re account is restricted why no one knows they start with saying we need to verify you identity than we need manual review then sorry you re account is permanently suspended dont not use there services you will spend most of your time opening tickets and trying to solve problems than get faced with ignored support who act how ever they want if the support is happy you will get you account back if not he will permanently suspend your account with your server running

Thieving company, I cancelled everything and they still took money a month later, I never even used it because it was slow and didn’t work. £20+ stolen from this company. I don’t recommend
