Fair price, great selection. Impressed with the follow up making sure the customer is content, Customer for life. Thanks and keep up the follow up, I know I'm not the only one who appreciates the minor personal determination to make sure your customer is satisfied

Have been using scentbox subscription for years and love it. Good having the option to choose scents you know or have surprises. Points are great too. I love candles so good to save points for a couple of candles or so. Perfect for nights out and travelling. Also use for gifts as it means they can pick their own scents. Had excellent service.

I’ve had a few issues with deliveries getting lost in the mail or the wrong item being sent by accident, but their customer service team always promptly makes it right, and it’s my little luxury to look forward to each month.

The order was placed on 8/28 and arrived by 9/5. I can appreciate that. The fragrance seems to be of a higher grade.
