Overall, the job is well done but I guess I only give you three stars because it's either the internet is slow and lagging or you're too busy. Also, because I have three different quotes, and it finally got the latest and highest price. In another words, if I got my original price quote or the service a little faster, I would give you 5 stars.

Weird card verification, they ask for your card details with out the CVV to verify the payment. Seems very odd, could be a scam

It was easy to buy tickets and find a flight that worked for me, but my ticket is still pending and my plane leaves in 12 hours. I have no way to check in and no ticket to show the gate agents
