They got back in touch with me in a timely manner. He answered all my questions. I didn’t have to wait for them to pick up the suv. I will be using them in the future and will let anyone I know that needs to junk a vehicle to call them. They were very respectful and professional.

Scrap app gave the best offer, very professional and timely. The driver showed up at the time that was given to me not to early and not one minute late and we totally appreciated that

Gave a fair and slightly higher price than the competition for my scrap vehicle and made the pickup process quick and easy.

I looked them up on Google conversated with them online about my car and they ask what was damaged I pointed the spots out with the car they showed. After telling them about my car he gave me a quote I was definitely satisfied because I got in contact with two other places and they wasn't offering what he was offering so I was comfortable with the decision I made . So we schedule a date and time they was definitely in their time frame as they said. When the man got to me he stayed in his truck until I got the key and title we exchanged and he went on his way he was very polite . I definitely recommend this company to anyone that's looking to junk their car fast easy and no scam . I give this company 10/10 Thank you for your service.
