Good simple interface. Using free version only since I need only limited time per day. So can't comment on other features.

Screensharing took some time to reload during sharing. In one case I was not able to start a screen sharing, the homepage did not load properly. Most of the time it works well.

Regarding not being able to load our website properly, our hosting provider had a networking issue last Thursday that caused our site to be unavailable for about 30 minutes.
