I have some problems with shopify paymwnts. but Douglas helped me out in onboarding. It was very seamless and i loved the whole team’s support. They were very communicative and helped me wherever needed.

I went from merchant processor to merchant processor seeking simple credit card processing for my supplement / nutra ecommerce store. I was shocked how complex and painful all of them made the process. I had many declined applications because they failed to present the business correctly. Finally they squeezed through one single MID, but its MCC was the exact one I requested they NOT get me. I asked if they could change it and they refused, instead suggesting I completely change my business model. Then I went to Doug at Seamless and I had a MID within 24 hours, crafted for my exact specifications. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else

Can't go wrong with Doug This guy never sleeps and is always ready to help you out if you need anything Had issues with my other MID's and Doug set me up with another one so fast. Can now scale confidently now that we know our backend is properly setup. He knows what he is doing for sure

I can't speak enough about how helpful Doug has been in the last 6 months.. and honestly i'm not even sure when he sleeps. I've reached out to him at the most random hours in the middle of the night and even weekends. He is always there to help, and gets things taken care of. I would not trust nor go anywhere else. As long as i'm in the space, Doug has my business.

Finally someone that understands payment processing and is willing to help us set it up correctly for our brand. We come out of general dropshipping and started a brand to deliver a good product, service and build something sustainable. First we onboarded with a processor, and all our stats were looking great. Literally today we got thrown out for no reason (seems like the whole pay fac is gone). And this is not the case whether we do it right, but we got thrown out because of what others were doing. Doug explained this to me and also showed me how we can set it up the right way. We already had 1 mid active with him but we didn't run all our volume there. Since that one collapsed today, Doug helped us increase the cap of the current one, onboard with multiple mids and is guiding is all the way to getting the best possible processing for our brand. He warned me before about the other mid.. I should've listened haha, but sure as hell I'm following his directions now. If you want to work with an operator that really but really understands processing and has the best connections, Doug and seamless are the guys.

Today came that day That Seamless becomes our saviour, we got kicked out without any reason from a other provider won’t call names and than you contact Seamless and they ramp up your monthly cap and give you the terms you can work with. Really we can’t thank them enough
