First off, DO NOT ALLOW TRUSTPILOT TO DICTATE TRUSTWORTHINESS, AS THEY ALLOW FAKE REVIEWS FROM BUYERS COMMITTING FRAUD. This is a fraudulent review, by a buyer committing fraud. "Enver B" originally appeared on ebay and purchased an expensive figure. He then opened a fraudulent claim on ebay stating he never authorized the charge and was given his money back. He was kicked off of ebay for this scam and others, here is his user UD: ebay User ID: (omxm3871) No longer a Registered User He has since reappeared on our website with a variety of aliases and addresses and once again attempted to commit fraud, we were notified by Shopify that his latest order was fraud and cancelled the order. The customer threatened to "smash my face" and leave bad reviews, in retaliation for cancelling the order, and somehow--- Trustpilot allows fake reviews from fraudulent buyers while committing fraud. This could be one of the most unintelligent shoppers to clog the internet in recent memory. 100% of this review is totally false. Waiting "forever?" The customer preordered a set of Chucky accessories from our website around 6 weeks ago. The customer paid a deposit to secure his preorder, which guarantees him the merchandise and us the sale. The customer reached out to us twice while waiting, once to check on availability and another to check on the guarantee of his deposit. He was messaged back immediately and 100% guaranteed the product, reassured that the merchandise was expected shortly, and that if we could not deliver for any reason, he would have his deposit refunded. In the meantime, this same customer went out on social media and stated that he "probably got scammed." A few weeks later, we got the figure sets in stock (6 weeks after putting the preorder up, which is insanely fast for the limited edition collectibles world) and the customer was invoiced. The customer is refusing to pay the invoice and is still insisting he got scammed. We have the merchandise in stock RIGHT NOW. This customer slandered our company, refused to own up to it, is now refusing to complete the transaction - and is demanding a refund of his deposit. When confronted with all of this, including a screenshot of his slander on social media, the customer stated "the customer is always right." The "customer was always right" in Burger King in 1985. The customer can be and definitely is wrong, as seen here. Complete the transaction, Scott, and we'll ship your order immediately. If not, then you forfeit your deposit, as seen in our store policies over the last 20 years of being in business. We have faithfully offered, guaranteed, and filled 100s of 1000s of preorders in the last 20 years, and are considered one of the cornerstones in the limited edition collectibles world. This product is in stock now and ready to ship.

This customer isn't telling the truth. This customer purchased this item and we shipped it right away. He then filed a case with ebay, claiming that he didn't authorize the charge, with the item enroute. This case was ultimately closed by ebay found in our favor. This item did arrive and he claimed it was faulty, we responded immediately and were in steady communication with him and the manufacturer, we relayed tests the manufacturer suggested. The customer stated that the item was still malfunctioning and asked to return it for a refund. We complied! Our last communication, a few days ago, was that we were checking with the manufacturer to see if this should be returned to us, or them. This was only a few days ago, we didn't even get a chance to comply with the return. The customer did not "reach out to us on Facebook," we got several nasty comments from someone using a pseudo name that did not match anyone in our database and did not appear to be a customer of ours, so the person was blocked. Now, this negative review. I reached out to the customer several times over the last 2 days, through his email and also ebay, and he completely ghosted us. Now, looking at the feedback he has left for other customers, it's nearly 100% negative, for 20-30 merchants. user ID: prusap-84 He couldn't leave us negative feedback on ebay because the case he opened was closed in our favor, so now he left this negative review. This may be a malicious competitor, that was determined to leave us a bad review no matter what. We stand behind what we shipped, and of course would replace with a new one, or return for a refund, but the customer stopped responding to all messages. Clearly, he doesn't want to be assisted with whatever did/did not go wrong. p.s. WARNING TO CONSUMERS: DO NOT ALLOW TRUSTPILOT TO DICTATE TRUSTWORTHINESS, AS THEY ALLOW FAKE REVIEWS FROM BUYERS OPENLY COMMITTING FRAUD, AND REFUSE TO REMOVE THEM, EVEN WHEN PROVIDED WITH EVIDENCE. ALSO, THEY ALLOW PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT EVEN CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE REVIEWS FOR BUSINESSES, WHICH OPENS THE DOOR TO INDIVIDUALS BOMBING BUSINESSES THAT THEY DON'T LIKE, WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS. Furthermore, this is NOT a legitimate platform for reviewing businesses, negative or positive. They are a "pay to play" for-profit business, extorting businesses to pay for increasingly higher costs, for access to "customer service" that may or may not help the business. There are 1000s of complaints from businesses and consumers, on the fake reviews allowed on their platform, positive and negative.

This customer isn't telling the truth. In fact, the truth is 100% the opposite of what the customer is reporting. We were told by Ebay that it was against Ebay policy for us to complete the sale of this sword to this buyer's address in the United Kingdom, as the UK has restricted this type of merchandise from being shipped there. Ebay didn't state we "must comply with the purchase," exactly the opposite. Not only did Ebay cancel the sale, but they also removed the negative review this customer left on ebay. The customer retaliated by leaving the same negative review wherever he could. It's not our fault that the United Kingdom restricts swords and knives from being shipped there. We are Authorized Dealers in the limited edition collectibles world with a worldwide reputation. We have shipped 1000s of swords like this to customers in countries without restrictions, over the past 20 years. This is a dishonest buyer. p.s.
