Had my veneers for nearly a year now. The confidence i get from them is huge. It changes my appearance and makes me so much more confident to smile and laugh. Lots of people have commented on how lovely my teeth are and i cant help but show them the transformation and praise secret veneers for thier customer service as well as the product. I wear the a1 for a natrual look. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!

Received my secret veneers today and I am in love. After having an accident and knocking out one of my front teeth, I was left completely distraught and not really wanting to leave the house. I decided to give these a go, and I do not regret it. I finally can smile again! they do feel a bit weird to start with, but that is expected. I know that with continuous wear, they will become more and more comfortable. I would highly recommend Secret Veneers :)

Awful! Been nothing but hassle. Received my veneers back in November, didn’t fit at all, couldn’t even close my mouth with them in, looked, fitted and felt awful. Was told a new impression kit was being sent out, received this and it was huge, couldn’t even get the mouth piece in my mouth. Once again contacted secret veneers and was told it was an error and they would send the correct fitting mouth piece and impression kit out for the third time. This was NOT received!! Numerous messages later I was given a tracking number, when trying to track the item it was a tracking number from the previous kit that didn’t fit. Again tried to contact secret veneers to see what was going on, only to find I’ve been blocked from contacting them!! We are now in February, I have a set of veneers (if you can call them that) that are of no use to me whatsoever and £300 down whilst also being blocked for no reason whatsoever. I’m now going down the road of consumer rights working with PayPal, and other relevant authorities. Don’t waste your money

I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service that you have received and we would really love the opportunity to rectify this. I have checked all the blocked lists on facebook and instagram and I can assure you you are not blocked from contacting us. On social media we get thousands of messages a day, and customer service messages will inevitably get mixed up and missed. If you ever need to contact us about your case you can always speak to your casework Ella and you have her direct email [email protected] this is the best way to contact the team. We sent you a remake kit in January to remake your clip in veneers to your specifications however you have since informed us you didn't receive this. Ella spoke to you yesterday and you gave her your new address, we have since dispatched another impression kit to remake your clip in veneers again free of charge to your requirements. I am guessing you are now happy to continue with us remaking your brand new clip in veneers as you have given us an updated contact address. Please be aware clip in veneers are not "veneers" or "porcelain veneers" they are a plastic alternative - much like a very thin retainer or gum shield but tooth coloured. Please can I remind you that clip in veneers are realistically designed to cover your defects for special occasions, photographs weddings, selfies etc.... They can be worn all day and you can eat in them if YOU feel comfortable, what feels comfortable to me is not what may feel comfortable for you, however they are purely designed to "aesthetically cover your defects" and nothing more. We will keep working with you until you are happy that your clip in veneers cover your defects. Best wish SV Team.

hi there so i finally recieved my veneers and i am so upset. After waiting so long i looked terrible in them and everyone said i looked like a vampire they didn’t fit properly so they remade them for me .Even though i kept telling them and sending pictures to them saying please don’t waste your time remaking them when i won’t be wearing them I’m going back and forth with them cause they say it’s our policy to keep remaking untill they fit right. The problem is there just not made for me they make my upper lip stick out more making me look goofier PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.I WOULD LIKE A REFUND AND I WILL BE SENDING THEM BACK

Hi Shamsa, sorry you feel this way. As you know when you signed the terms and conditions and agreed the contract for us to supply you with a truly bespoke custom made appliance we cannot refund you, or accept the veneers back due to hygiene reasons. You wouldn't send worn underwear back to the shop.... However we have been working with you now for a few days on facebook to resolve this issue. We have been asking you to take a new impression so we can remake your veneers for you, But unfortunately you have declined! so we are at a loss how we can help you? by refusing to supply new impressions you have therefore broken your contract with us. Its totally impossible to look like a vampire unless you had vampire teeth in the first place, I have seen your photos and that is not the case. Your upper lip will stick by 0.4mm as we have not removed any sensitive tooth structure. Your lips will adjust this is totally normal, we always advise our clients to wear their secret veneers for 2 weeks to let your tongue, lips and mind adjust to the huge change. We explain all this before you order, but let me remind you; How they feel in the mouth; It is important to understand that removable veneers ALWAYS make your teeth feel: *thicker than your normal teeth, *longer than your normal teeth, *wider than your normal teeth. *bigger than your normal teeth. This is because they are worn over the tips of your teeth like a very thin gum shield, we are not removing any of your sensitive tooth structure only adding to what you have by 0.4mm. It is much the same as wearing an orthodontic retainer. What shall I do if they don't fit me; Once you receive your veneers please try them on. Once you have fitted them if they are too loose or the teeth are visible DONT PANIC! These are simple alterations and although 70% of veneers fit first time 30% require a remake. Send us an email image of you wearing the veneers and the problem and it will be rectified in a matter of minutes. Include a message of the alterations you need, return the veneers and we will resolve the issues right away. DO NOT PANIC, it is easily fixed. Can I have a refund? - Secret veneers are a custom-made product and so are tailored specifically for your mouth. If they have been worn and the hygiene seal has been broken then we do not accept the product back due to hygiene reasons. We cannot resell them and cannot offer you a refund for a personally bespoke customised item. However the consumer rights act 2015 grants us the option and time to fix your veneers by remaking them if they do not fit due to a false impression. If there is a fit issue we will not stop working with you until you are happy with a veneer that fits you. When you are ready to work with us to resolve this we will be ready to hear from you again back on Facebook. A secret veneer is NOT a porcelain veneer - but a non-intrusive and cost effective alternative. It is ideal for missing, chipped, crooked and discoloured teeth or as a modern and more affordable, pain free option to porcelain veneers. It simply slides over your existing teeth covering all the imperfections underneath!. The sole purpose of a clip on veneer is to aesthetically cover your defects, which we have done?, However I feel you are looking for a solution similar to porcelain veneers which is not a service we offer.
