Refund policy is joke
Tried to get refund wihting 48 hours because the content was so basic, and they gave me the runaround before ghosting entirely dishonest business practices and total fraud!

Buying into hype
They promise youwill scale your portfolio overnight, but the actual strategy is outdated and housing authorities reject half the stuff. They teach nothing, not worth buying the hype.

Zero support after you pay
Once they get your credit card number, good luck getting any help from support. I asked basic underwriting questions and got ghosted for weeks. Total scam artists running this program, stay away.
