This company is a Fraud and Alex is a fraud. They use scare tactics and threaten to file a cease and desist letter against the victim. On the phone sounds like a boiler room with many agents in the background. Very threatening. Sounds like Russian accent.

Received unsolicited trademark solicitation texts on a phone number listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. The messages falsely implied that I could lose rights to my brand, LLC, domain name, social media accounts, and be forced to rebrand unless I acted immediately. No USPTO application number, applicant identity, or supporting evidence was provided. The trademark they referenced is already federally registered. This appears to be a fear-based sales tactic designed to pressure business owners into purchasing trademark services through urgency and alarming legal claims. Verify everything directly with the USPTO before responding to these solicitations.

These morons reached out to me to offer to trademark my business name and then straight up lied to me about my trademark already being in place. Scam company!!

Unsolicited and illegal text messages. I would consider this a criminal scammer practice.

This is a terrible company that sends spam texts to everyone trying to trick someone into doing business with them.

I have this guy continually contacting me named Alex wanting me to do services with you. He has contacted me every few hours despite being asked to stop and claims he will stop but he doesn't.
