When I wanted to return the item back I didn't get a good response so she sent me the video I had to pay 250 and $300 for the person is reset that door not to work and I called back copy after that by other issues with the door knob and a lot and then I get a respond back so for me I will probably never use y'all again

Desperate!!
You were the only company we found that had the lock we needed, We are so great full that you had it in stock TOO!! We ordered on a Friday and received it on Saturday the next day, You saved us from buying a New Security Door cause we couldn't find the lock Thank you so much!!

JUNE 5 I have not received the lock as of today. There has been no response from the company that it has been shipped.
