I've been a customer for several years. Self-storage1 is a family owned operation. The on-site manager and staff maintain a functional and clean facility. I've never had issues running out of moving carts, parking spaces, or issues with my unit.

I Love Self Storage 1 Very Clean The Manager Along With The Staff Are Very Compassionate And Professional. Its Become A Little Pricey But Shoot For The Service Its Worth It.

Too many issues with the elevator. Ritually every week. Too many price increases. Insulting letters stating the price increase - pure greed.

The rates have tripled in less than a decade of occupying the same storage unit. They know it's inconvenient to switch storage units companies oh, so my rate is now double the rate for a new occupant who takes a storage unit exactly the same size. What a rip off.

The employees are very polite and respectable and they are willing to help you when you need them.
