I have started experiencing some positive side effects of your product

The ordering process was fine but the shipping was/is horrible because of Fedex. I still haven't received my package because Fedex has been sitting on it in their warehouse for over a week now. I have called them a few times to find out what is going on and they aren't even 100% sure where it is.

Customer service was excellent and delivery was fast
