I regret not reading the reviews for this company before ordering flowers for my mother’s birthday. I was very disappointed to find out that the arrangement was completely different. From the flower types, flower color, and size of the arrangement, everything was all wrong. I understand that florists use substitutions if something is not available but the size of the bouquet should have been the same. Crossing this company off my list for future flower deliveries.

If I could give this complained ZERO stars I would! I literally wasted $80 on flowers that were never delivered! It had been almost a week when I noticed the receiver did not mention them. To no avail, 6 days later (after paying for next day) the delivery date was cancelled. Do not use this company, what a rip off! They should be closed down!

I ordered a DELUXE bouquet and two balloons for a friend. She sent me a picture when she received it. I was horrified when I saw the bouquet. It consisted of 3 flowers and some greenery, and she only received one balloon. The bouquet was shameful and pitiful. I ordered a DELUXE bouquet and got 3 flowers. I guess the normal bouquet just has greenery and no flowers if this horrible bouquet was the deluxe. I made a complaint to the company and was offered a 30% refund. That's laughable. They advertise "Satisfaction Guaranteed" which I feel is false advertising, I am far from satisfied. I do not recommend this business and strongly discourage anyone from throwing their money away, which is what they will do if they use this company. This company should hang their head in shame.

The flower arrangement was not received by my 102 year old mother. I am very disappointed.

Birthday flowers arrived a day late.The flowers were already wilting. My 2 year old granddaughter could have made a better arrangement. Over 73.00$ for 3 white lilly and 3 half dead white roses. Wish I could leave a NEGATIVE 5 stars.Absolutely horrible company.

This was by far the worst experience I ever had with any florist in my life. It took all day was lied to several times about time of delivery and when I finally received them the presentation was horrible I really wish I can post the picture of flowers do not recommend

Imy experiencia I sent to my daugther for her birthdsy the delivery was on time.. to be honest the Flowers not the same but still nice . The size ,color and pink Flowers and details looks nice and its ok to me. 💝

I'm extremely disappointed with the company sendflowers.com. I placed a delivery order on Saturday. I selected a Monday delivery date. The flowers were never delivered and I did not receive a notification from the flower shop. I ended up messaging their customer service and I did get a response in a timely matter. They apologized and said they would get back to me soon. I didn't get a response back as promised, so I emailed them again letting them know if my flowers were delivered the following day, I was going to ask for a full refund. The email I received notified me that the delivery would be made on Tuesday (a day late). The flowers were delivered on Tuesday but not until 6:45 Tuesday night. I will NEVER order from this place again.
