I ordered 3 video books for presents of our first family Disney Cruise. They were easy to create, arrived quickly, and were beautiful. I was a bit disappointed in the volume of the song on the books and reached out to Alyssa. She took the time to re-download my song and video and showed me how to remove the original song and upload the newer one. I can't say how happy I am with these and this company. Heirloom Videos is the real deal.

I am so impressed with Heirloom Video Books customer service! I was gifted a book for Christmas but unfortunately lost the charger. Alyssa responded to my email right away and sent me a new charger free of charge so that my 2 year old son could use his book. It is so nice to have him enjoy home videos on the book rather than being glued to a tablet or iPhone. The product and customer service is top notch and I highly recommend! It is a great gift and keepsake

It is a truly unique gift as they will be able to enjoy special video clips and photos from their wedding day conveniently and whenever they want. It was super easy to load! However, I did have to contact customer service to get started (I had deleted loading instructions by mistake). A Customer Service representative (Alyssa) contacted me within 24 hours to get me started, and she followed up to ensure I had everything I needed. This is a 5-star rating because of my experience with both the product and customer service. I will definitely purchase more products from this company!
