I ordered a tux from this company on Sept 12th. I still do not have it. I paid for overnight shipping and was informed it shipped on 10/9. I paid $85 for overnight shipping. No one will answer the phone. Email responses take days and are lacking. I have a suit from this company that is decent, however - I will never do business with this firm again

The personalized service is what makes Sene stand out amongst it's made-to-fit online competitors. The quality of the products is excellent and they have a wide selection of products and colors. They remade the first shirt a couple of times without any issues, just wanting to make sure I was happy with the fit, which I eventually was. The delivery of the remakes took a a bit longer than expected, but I'm sure it's due to their high volume of sales. I took it as a good sign!

I ordered 3 of the custom fit tshirts and really didn’t know what to expect aside from they’re a bit pricey and would be available at a nonspecific future date. I received one initially to confirm the size and have to admit, well worth the price and the wait. Best fitting tshirt I’ve put on. The material seems heavy and high quality. Looking forward to receiving my complete order.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Sene! As my very first custom t shirts and long sleeve shirts, the fit is flawless. Customer service to a rookie like me was seamless. They made it VERY easy and quick.

This is now the second time I've ordered custom suits from Sene, and everything from the price, the tailoring, the customer service and the expediency, is top notch. You wouldn't think you'd be able to get custom suits at such a great price, not to mention through the internet without ever having a tailor take your measurements in person, but Sene has truly transformed and substantially streamlined the process of having custom suits made, at a price that cannot be beat!

It’s pretty ironic, I recently left Sene Studio a positive review because I somehow got lucky and actually received a basic polo I ordered. At this point, I’m convinced I was the exception rather than the rule. I’m genuinely starting to wonder how this company continues to operate while flooding social media with ads. I ordered standard, non-custom shirts over a month ago, and no one has been able to give me a straight or honest answer about when or if they will actually ship. This is exactly why so many social media brands are hit or miss. Everyone has a great marketing strategy until it’s time to execute. Either Sene Studio cannot keep up with demand, or the company is simply being managed poorly. There is no reasonable excuse for a basic, non-custom item to take more than a month to ship without clear communication. And please stop hiding behind the “Made in USA/LA” marketing if you cannot deliver within a remotely reasonable timeframe. If production or fulfillment is delayed, just be upfront about it. Most customers are reasonable and patient when they’re told the truth. What people won’t tolerate is being strung along with vague responses, empty promises, and no actual resolution. I now have four items from Sene Studio, including two that took more than two months to receive, and I won’t even be able to wear them because their standard polos are ridiculously long. I’m 6 feet tall, wear a Large, and the polos practically come down to my knees. I was offered a "remake" two weeks ago and still have no clear direction on how to begin this process. The customer service experience has been almost comical. They are very good at telling you what they think you want to hear, but when it comes time to actually take action, solve a problem, or deliver on a promise, nothing happens. It’s almost as if the company is paralyzed by incompetence. I have wasted more time and energy dealing with four pieces of clothing than any customer should ever have to. A brand I once genuinely liked and enjoyed buying from has completely ruined that goodwill. At this point, the trust is gone. If you’re considering ordering from Sene Studio, proceed with caution. Based on my experience, there is a very real possibility that you could be waiting weeks or even months for your order, with little more than vague answers about when it will actually arrive. I’m simply done with Sene Studio. You may get lucky and receive your order without an issue, as I initially did, but I would think twice before spending your money here unless you’re prepared for potentially unreasonable fulfillment times and a frustrating customer service experience. Do better or stop taking people’s money until you can fulfill the orders you already have. Your customers deserve better even halfway better would be an improvement.

Shirts fit extremely well, I am looking forward to trying some of their wool shirts.

I only write this to spare another customer for wasting money. I went in to my first purchase excited to find a new option for custom suits. The suit arrived several weeks later. Ill-fitting, cheap-looking material (so much it irritated my skin). The company accepted a return for credit. I’ve spent some on an overpriced black t-shirt (which is dark gray at best) and an equally overpriced windbreaker. Both items arrive weeks after purchase (allegedly resulting of their “custom” manufacture). Each purchase offers return options (at an additional cost). I’m more inclined to eat the rest of the credit rather than have any more transactions with the company. Caveat emptor.
