Worst customer service experience ever. Purchased a mower that was used less than 7 or 8 times to cut a small patch of grass the size of a two car garage. It’s already broken and despite reaching out to the company MULTIPLE times, they’ve yet to reach back out. I would never purchase from this manufacturer again.

Senix sold me a dethatcher machine I didn't get the correct hardware in the box senix hardware was unavailable I was told they denied refund senix offered 15% credit wich is useless i have tool i cant use now im starting a charge back

These people with customer service they're horrible it takes a person to answer per day one freaking email and it's still been they never resolve anything at all poor quality not even thinking about their their tool they sucks I bought something to cut grass from then it doesn't even last not even a couple of months I'll try to get there in touch for warranty and nobody wants to do anything they don't reach out it's just a back and forward thing for nothing do not buy this brand

Bought a 60 amp trimmer and 4 weeks later it stopped working, the battery died, ok called customer service and no one answered. Sent email the same thing, definitely just tools please don’t waste your money

The battery/ charger went after 2 months (only used a handful of times) I called the company and sent in all the requested information. After a week to 10 days and several emails and phone calls, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, so I called from a different number. What do ya know…. They answered. Proceeded to tell me it wasn’t under warranty and therefore not their problem. I only had the damn thing for 2 months. I would stay away from these scammers. Sad part is I was very happy with the chainsaw up until this happened

Bought a snow thorwer in dec of 2025, broke by January of 2026. They sent me a new one and it also broke ( this time the wires shorted out and were sparking through teh shadt)in February of 2026. They offered me a refund. I have yet to receive the refund they keep sending a genaric email thanking me for my patience! BRUTAL!!!

Poor customer service that doesn't return calls and emails. My advice vice is to hire a new customer service team because you are losing business and have lost us for a customer. This was our first lawnmower that couldn't even last a year.

I have to agree with other reviewers regarding Senix customer service. You see, there are only two forms of customer service in the world : 1) The run-around and 2) Instant. Senix tools is among the 99% that practice #1. We ordered a small TL4QL cultivator thru Amazon. Set it up per directions and it ran fine for 30 seconds before stopping with the throttle held wide open. It appears to be a mechanical issue with the clutch or gearing. The blades slow down first, then engine stops. This problem is very repeatable. Six emails to Senix requesting advice have been ignored. Attempts to register the product failed because their website doesn't work. Amazon is no help either because Senix is a third party source and we're told to go thru Senix. I imagine some Senix tools are useful, just be prepared to fix them yourself.
