We have been using this tool for keyword rankings and client reports, but recently the experience has been disappointing. The ranking data has not been accurate, and for the past week, no ranking data has appeared in the system at all. This has affected our reporting and client communication. The company advertises 24/7 support; however, responses have not been timely. Although the support team mentions that their developers are working on the issue, there has been no clear update or resolution provided so far. For businesses that rely on accurate data and consistent reporting, reliability and responsive support are essential. I hope the company resolves these technical issues quickly and improves the overall support experience for its users.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay and the impact on your reporting. To clarify, we provide 24/5 support, and our team has been managing a high volume of inquiries following a recent Google update that affected SEO providers industry-wide. This issue has now been resolved. We appreciate your patience while we worked through these technical challenges.

I am disappointed with my recent experience using this tool. The ranking data provided has not been accurate, which directly affected my reporting and client expectations. I raised a support request regarding the ranking discrepancies three days ago, but I have not received any response so far. Due to the inaccurate data and lack of timely support, I unfortunately lost a client. Reliable reporting and responsive customer service are critical in this industry, and this situation has caused significant inconvenience to my business. I hope the company improves the accuracy of its data and strengthens its customer support system to prevent similar issues for other users.

We are truly sorry to hear about the impact this had on your business and the loss of your client. We understand how critical reliable data is for your reputation. The inaccuracies were caused by a major Google update that disrupted SEO providers industry-wide. This technical issue has since been resolved, and we have implemented new internal protocols to improve our notification system and support follow-ups to ensure better communication moving forward. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us strengthen our service.
