It's lovely to have a 'base camp' with the Servcorp team at 555 California in San Francisco. The team couldn't be lovelier or more attentive and the facilities are great. It's transformed my frequent trips into San Francisco. Can't wait to take advantage of the other Servcorp locations, for a base when I'm traveling. Keep it up Servcorp!

The ServCorp offices at 601 S. Figueroa are like the office version of a nice hotel! The offices are gorgeous and modern, and views from the 40th floor can't be beat in DTLA. Everyone who works here is not just polite and professional, but genuinely friendly and sweet. When you're stressed with work, it's so nice to have an office that is peaceful, beautiful, and happy!

LA Servcorp gets it. I tried a competitor for a week who nickled and dimes everything while taking valuable time. Apples and oranges. Thank you Servcorp LA! Responsive and discreet!

Out of all the virtual offices in Philadelphia, Servcorp continues to exceed my standards of a virtual office. I have found that Servcorp fosters a level of professionalism that is unrivaled by any of the other Virtual Office Services that I have encountered in Philadelphia. The staff at the Servcorp BNY office have always been a golden star on my list of reasons why to use them for a virtual office. All the employees are helpful and respectful, their work ethic and etiquette should be the model for all your other locations.

Servcorp Chicago has been a tremendous value and help to my business. The staff is amazing and very helpful and the office it's self is superb! I highly recommend the 300 N. LaSalle location, it's an amazing building, office, people and great location!

I got an email a few days ago if I want to test Servcorp for 90 days for free (well beside 1$ setup) so because I cam currently searching a new virtual office provider in NYC I decided to give them a chance. Because I had some bad experience in the past I say hey lets try it again. After the signup I got an email that my account is activated I can use the account, with the address and phone number. A day later I got a request for my passport and business registration. I send them over. I start using the account and let our web designer change the homepage, gave the new details to some business partners etc. Now I got an email that I can't use the trial as I was a client before. Funny, why did I got an invitation for the trial? I got a very unfriendly email from (name). I have to say I never ever get some more unfriendly and offending email from a service provider. So I try to find a solution. I got an offer to get first two month 50% off. Well not a good deal if you want to check if the service is good enough. So I really can say at least in New York I would avoid Servcorp. The One World Trade Center location should be great but when I see how the stuff is doing there job there I don't believe its a good long term partner for your business. And its getting even more sad. Was told my card is not charged. As my account was never setup. (well it was as I got a confirmation email and even a payment ID) but than to my surprise it even shows up on my card statement... So much to the honest people there.

Dear Arne, It is Servcorp's intention to always provide a 5 star client experience-and, your dissatisfaction is important to us as we continue to make ourselves available to address your issues. Our 30 day free trial offer with $1 set up fee clearly states the program is available to one center only and your online registration at multiple centers (more than 5) is not in support of our promotion regulations. We believe our generous promotional offer gives clients the opportunity to experience Servcorp's exceptional service at no costs-but we also believe it fair we require all new clients to follow the clearly stated promotion regulations. In addition, you have an outstanding balance in one of our international locations and although we've offered to collect these owed monies in order to put you back into good standing you have been unresponsive. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you again-but will require past due balances paid and that you follow the $1 30 day promotion guidelines as all prospective new clients are held to these same standards. -Servcorp Customer Service

I was very impressed with how respectful and service-oriented the secretaries at this location are. I have worked with several law offices, and I have experienced the best of secretaries, and unfortunately, some secretaries whose behavior left much to be desired. This office has a trustworthy staff and a front desk that will make your clients feel special.I recommend this company.
