With Servcorp's convenient location at 1717 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., it is possible for me to get to Capitol Hill and to many of the U.S. Government agencies with which I interact on behalf of my clients within minutes. In addition to its excellent location, the staff personnel at the Servcorp facility (e.g., Laura, Anna, and Shelby) are outstanding, and they keep me well informed of incoming mail and messages whenever I am out of the office on business travel. The combination of the great location and the terrific support staff has made my experience an extremely enjoyable one and has allowed me to provide excellent service to my clients.

ServCorp interprets reasonable termination fees to be 2 months additional rent! And three months fees as a "virtual client" are also added. Your 12 month lease actually costs 14 months' rent, plus the virtual clients fee.

Any and all Servcorp potential charges are specifically noted on our client portal, which clients have access to 24/7. It is our aim to ensure clients have all of the information necessary to choose our 5 star operation.
