Servcorp's beautiful and executive level suites, conference rooms, amenities and excellent support staff is the perfect solution for me to build my business. I've been using Servcorp's office spaces for now over 6 months and I'm completely satisfied beyond my expectations. My clients frequently compliment me on having great support staff when they come for meetings for face-to-face meetings or when they call. It's great to have executive level space, executive level amenities and executive level support staff.

I have done business with several virtual offices in the past years. However compared to other virtual offices companies big and small; Servpro is the best hands down. I think of how companies use to be, when the representative of the company was friendly, professional, respectful, and most importantly they gave you the personal touch that you wanted and deserve. I have to say that my first meeting was refreshing. When I arrived at the lobby of the office building of my virtual office, my first thought was that this place is way better than my last location. When I arrived at the office they had a package ready for me, filled with pricing and different services they offered. But what sold, was the personal attention that Sophia (center manager) gave me during our walk thru. She asked the right questions that keep me interested. 1) What were the issues that I had with the past companies that I worked with? 2) What field is your business in, and what services do you provide. 3) What are expectations when using our services? When I gave her those answers, Sophia not only provided the answers to my questions. But she also offered suggestions on things that servicer can do to help my business grow. When she said I forgot about my game plan of just shopping for the best office for my company. I was sold on the location after the suggestions that she offered. When we were speaking, Sophia saw the passion I have for my business. And she assured she wanted my business to be successful as much as I did. After signing up I pondered to myself; was everything we spoke about was just a bunch of hype just to get me to sign up for the service. And please believe me that they held up to the hype. Sophia's sidekick and center secretary Brittany make a dynamic office duo. They tackle all of our office needs and desires. I swear Brittany is one of the most talented secretaries and receptionist I have dealt with in a long time. She is not only accommodating to me, but she is also great for all of my guest and employees. Brittany is like they say "cooler than the other side of the pillow". In situations where it can get kind of hectic for the normal secretary, Brittany does all the work assigned accurately and in a timely manner, she has made my life easier for my team. I worked hard to bring my company to where it is right now. Every day there are new challenges that can make doing business difficult. With Servcorp I know my company is in good hands. In the past 60 days that we have had our office with Servcorp. We have grown our staff to 500+ Servcorp it has allowed our company to keep up and surpass our competitors. I have my virtual office at the downtown Houston location in the Bank of America Center. The manager Ariel Reetz and receptionist Katherine Tomlin provides excellent customer service to me and my clients that meet with me at the office! Any questions or concerns I have are answered with promptness. I receive mail notifications when my mail has arrived.
